By accessing or using Recolorify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Recolorify is an intelligent color replacement platform that enables users to recolor product photos, logos, and design assets for e-commerce, branding, and creative workflows. The Service includes web-based tools, API access (where applicable), and export capabilities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Recolorify a limited license to process and transform your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your uploads for AI training, marketing, or any purpose beyond delivering your requested edits.
You agree not to: (a) upload content that infringes third-party rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content; (d) resell access without authorization; (e) circumvent usage limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier users may be subject to usage limits and watermarks as described in the pricing page.
Your privacy is important. Uploaded files are processed in isolated containers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and automatically deleted from temporary storage after export. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recolorify's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
