Recolorify
CERTIFICATE GENERATOR · COMING SOON

Issue a whole cohort’s certificates in one run.

Add your institute’s logo, seal and signature once. Upload a CSV of recipients. Get back one print-ready certificate per person, named and numbered, in a single ZIP.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, then the printer.

01

Make it yours

Drop in your institute logo, seal and the registrar’s signature, then set the colors to match your brand. The layout adjusts around long names and long course titles instead of breaking.

02

Upload the list

One CSV with a row per recipient. Names, courses, dates and certificate numbers come straight from your records — no retyping, no copy-paste mistakes.

03

Download the batch

Every certificate renders as its own print-ready PDF or PNG, named after the recipient, delivered as a single ZIP you can email or hand to the print shop.

THE CSV

One row per person. That is the whole format.

Export it from your student system, your LMS or a spreadsheet. If a column exists in the file, it can be placed on the certificate.

WHO IT IS FOR
COLLEGES

Convocation season

A whole graduating cohort printed from the registrar’s spreadsheet, with the seal and signature in the same place on every sheet.

TRAINING

Course completions

Monthly intakes each get their certificate the day they finish, without a designer touching the file.

WORKSHOPS

Attendance certificates

Conferences and short workshops where a hundred people need proof of attendance by the closing session.

HR

Internal recognition

Training records, safety compliance and long-service awards, issued from the same HR export you already keep.

Questions we get asked

What does the CSV need to contain? +

One row per recipient and a header row naming the columns. Only “name” and “course” are required — anything else you add, like a grade or a roll number, becomes a field you can place on the template.

Can we use our own institute template? +

Yes. Upload your logo, seal and signature and set the brand colors, and the layout builds around them. If you have an existing certificate design, it can be used as the background.

How many certificates can we generate at once? +

The batch is designed for a full cohort in one run — hundreds of rows in a single CSV, delivered as one ZIP.

Are the files print-ready? +

They are generated at print resolution so a print shop can work from them directly, and as PNGs when you only need to email them.

Where is the data processed? +

The same way the rest of Recolorify works — in your browser, on your machine. A recipient list is personal data, and it should not need to sit on someone else’s server to make a PDF.

When does it open? +

It is in build now. Create an account and you will be told the day it opens, or email muzzamilkhaliddev@gmail.com if you have a cohort with a deadline and we will prioritise accordingly.

Included with any plan when it opens — no separate fee. See pricing
